Is Profile Active Fact
Returns 1 if the specified profile is active, 0 otherwise
Fact that checks if a specific profile ID matches the active profile.

How to use it
Set profileId to a profile id (not a name). The fact is 1 when that profile is the player's active one. Profile ids are generated, so read them with <profile_id:0> or /profile admin list <player>.
