Archipel Access Fact
Archipel : accès accordé
Archipel facts, read from the island rather than stored on the player. These replace the nineteen permanent_fact entries of the first pass. A permanent fact is stored per player, so coop members each carried their own copy: standing together in a shared world they would see two different Archipels, and a tier one of them paid for would restore nothing for the other. Reading through [ArchipelProgressService] means every member of an island reads the same value, which is what makes a shared world legible. They stay facts because that is what the rest of the engine consumes - NPC visibility criteria, dialogue conditions, menu slots. Only the storage moved.
