How to use it
Counts how many times the player removes a block or furniture and puts something else at the very same position shortly after. fromBlock and toBlock each accept a CraftEngine id (namespace:id) or a vanilla material (STONE or minecraft:stone); empty accepts anything. window is the number of seconds allowed between the removal and the placement. A position counts once per player, so back-and-forth replacing cannot be farmed.
